Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MaxDividends AI (the "Service"), operated by BeatMarket Oy (business ID 3315192-1, PL 764, 00101 Helsinki, Finland) — "we", "us". By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

MaxDividends AI is an educational chat assistant focused on dividend investing. It generates responses from a large language model. Outputs are informational only and not investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with any local rules on the use of automated financial information tools.

3. Account

You agree to provide accurate sign-up information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, mass-export, or otherwise extract our content for training or republication;
  • circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription gates;
  • use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harass others;
  • submit content that contains personal data about others without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) by Stripe. Each plan discloses its quota (for example, number of chat messages per billing period) before purchase. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period.

Prices include taxes where applicable. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Refunds. New subscribers in the EU may cancel within 14 days of the first payment and receive a full refund, unless you have already made substantial use of the Service during that period. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For partial refund requests, email team@maxdividends.app.

Changes to plans. We may update prices and quotas. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance; they take effect at your next renewal.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages you send. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those messages as needed to provide the Service, improve product quality (in aggregate, anonymised form), and comply with legal requests.

7. Our content

The interface, branding, frameworks, and model prompts are owned by BeatMarket Oy. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are correct, timely, or suitable for any decision you make.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost investment profits, lost data, or lost opportunity.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access with notice for breach of these Terms, misuse, or at the end of life of the Service. On termination your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
